1. Delivery Areas

Frøken Lilly delivers to the following areas:

Denmark  
EU  
Greenland, Iceland and the Faroe Islands  
Norway, United Kingdom  
Japan  
USA  
Canada  

If you reside in another country, you may contact us at contact@frokenlilly.dk for an individual shipping quote.

2. Shipping Carriers

All parcels are shipped via Shipmondo using the following carriers:

DAO  
PostNord  
GLS  
Bring  
UPS  

The shipping carrier is selected by Frøken Lilly. 

3. Delivery Types

Delivery to Parcel Shop (Standard)

Orders are delivered to a parcel shop unless there is another agreement between FRøken Lilly and the buyer.

If the selected parcel shop is full, the carrier may automatically redirect the parcel to the nearest alternative parcel shop.  
This is considered valid delivery.

Home Delivery:

Some carriers offer home delivery depending on address and the option selected at checkout.

4. Delivery Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

Denmark: 1–4 business days  
EU: 3–10 business days  
Norway & Greenland: 7–21 business days  
Other countries: 10–21 business days  

Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or peak periods (e.g., December) may occur and are beyond our control.

5. Shipping and Customs

International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). The customer is responsible for paying customs duties, import fees, and local taxes upon delivery. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping price.

Important for USA customers: From August 2025, there is no de minimis threshold in the USA. All shipments to the USA are subject to customs duties regardless of value.

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. For large orders, the shipping price may be an estimate. Any additional costs will be communicated before dispatch.

Packaging: Products are packed securely. For orders with multiple items, packaging is optimized to minimize weight and costs.

6. Dispatch and Order Confirmation

You will receive the following emails:

Order confirmation – when you complete your purchase  
Shipping confirmation – when your parcel has been dispatched  
Tracking link – when the carrier activates tracking  

7. Packing and Packaging

For environmental and financial reasons, we often use:

  • reused boxes  
  • recycled filling materials  
  • reused bubble wrap or paper  
  • other types of reused articles

This may mean the packaging contains prints or logos from other companies.  
This does not affect product quality or protection.

8. Shipping Risk

The risk transfers to the customer once the parcel has been physically received.

If the parcel is damaged during transport:

Document the damage with photos  
Contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible  
Send photos + order information to contact@frokenlilly.dk the same day  

We are happy to assist with the process.

9. Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, this is considered a withdrawal, and we will:

- refund the price of the item  
- deduct both the original shipping cost and return shipping cost  

The parcel can be resent upon payment of new shipping costs.

10. Partial Deliveries

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible regarding:

- an alternative  
- partial refund  
- cancellation of the order  

11. Delivery Issues

Please contact us at contact@frokenlilly.dk if you:

- have not received your parcel within the expected timeframe  
- cannot track your parcel  
- experience issues with parcel shops or delivery locations  

We will gladly help you find a solution.
