All prices are stated in DKK (Danish Kroner). You may choose to view prices in your preferred currency.
Automatic currency conversion (standard):
Product prices are converted using the current exchange rate, including a standard conversion fee (typically 1.5%), after which rounding rules may be applied.
VAT:
Goods are sold under the Danish margin scheme for second-hand goods. VAT is therefore not specified separately.
2. Products – Second-Hand, Antique and Vintage Items
We primarily sell second-hand goods, unique items, vintage pieces and antiques, which may show:
patina
age-related wear
color variations
minor imperfections and irregularities
These characteristics are normal and expected when purchasing used goods.
3. Description, Origin, Labeling and Disclaimer
Description:
All items are described to the best of our professional ability based on visual inspection and available information.
Origin and attribution:
If manufacturer, designer, year or origin cannot be established with certainty, terms such as “attributed to”, “possibly”, “presumed”, “in the style of” or “to the best of our knowledge” may be used.
Authenticity:
Information is provided in good faith as professional assessments and not as guarantees, unless the item has documented provenance.
Images:
Images form an essential part of the product description. Colors may vary due to screen settings.
4. Unique Items and Quantity
Unique items:
Most products are one-of-a-kind and cannot be restocked.
Multiple similar items:
If several comparable items are available, the customer may choose quantity.
Different condition:
Items in different condition are listed as separate products with individual descriptions.
5. Right of Complaint
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year right of complaint applies.
The right of complaint covers defects that were present at the time of delivery.
As the goods are second-hand, the customer must accept normal wear, patina and age-related characteristics that are described or shown in the images.
The right of complaint does not cover conditions disclosed in the product description.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than 2 months after discovering the defect.
6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the item. If delivered to a parcel shop or locker, the period begins upon collection.
You must notify us in writing within 14 days that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Returns:
The item must be returned in the same condition and quantity as received. You may examine the item, but it must not be used in a way that diminishes its value.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Refund:
Upon timely withdrawal, we refund the purchase price including the original standard delivery cost within 14 days after receiving your notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or documentation that it has been sent.
Partial withdrawal:
If multiple items were purchased in one order, you may withdraw from one or more items. You will receive a refund for the returned items only.
Delivery costs are not refunded in cases of partial withdrawal unless required by mandatory law.
Depreciation:
If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and condition, we may deduct depreciation from the refund.

7. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT under the margin scheme.
Payment is captured at the time of order, as most items are unique and reserved for the customer.
8. Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation once the order has been dispatched.
The order confirmation is an automatic acknowledgment of receipt and does not constitute final acceptance. The contract is binding only once the order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious errors, sold-out items or incomplete information.
9. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver to Denmark, the EU, Greenland, Norway, the United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Japan, Canada and the USA.
Shipping is handled via carriers such as GLS, PostNord, DAO, Bring and UPS.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
Denmark: 1–4 business days
EU: 3–10 business days
Greenland/Norway/UK/Liechtenstein: 7–15 business days
Other countries: 7–21 days
Risk transfers to you upon physical receipt of the goods.
If a parcel is returned due to non-collection, shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund.
10. Packaging
We often use recycled boxes and packaging materials to reduce environmental impact.
11. Customs and International Orders
International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place).
The customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes and local charges. These are not included in the product or shipping price.
Frøken Lilly is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
12. Return Shipping
In cases of withdrawal, the customer bears the return shipping cost and risk during transport.

In the case of a justified complaint, Frøken Lilly covers return shipping.
13. Shipping Damage
If an item arrives damaged, you must contact both the carrier and Frøken Lilly immediately.

14. Privacy Policy
Frøken Lilly is the data controller.
Personal data is processed for order handling, payment, delivery, bookkeeping, customer service and marketing.
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the purpose or as required by law.

15. Complaints
If we cannot resolve the issue, you may file a complaint with the Danish Consumer Complaints Board via www.forbrug.dk.

16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be settled by Danish courts.
