Arabia Ruska teapot in dark reactive glaze from the 1960s

Classic Arabia Ruska teapot in heavy stoneware designed by Ulla Procopé. The dark, reactive glaze in deep brown and rust tones makes each pot unique and creates a beautiful, vibrant play of colors both externally and internally.

The model has an integrated sieve in the spout and a solid lid with a low, round knob. The robust cylindrical shape and the character of the glaze point to an early edition from the 1960s.

An iconic example of Finnish modernism, where functionality and natural materials unite. Perfect both as a functional teapot and as a decorative part of a Nordic or Japandi-inspired home.

Condition: Very fine vintage condition with no visible chips or cracks. Intact sieve in spout. The glaze appears healthy with natural variations from firing. The teapot does not have a logo. Probably because it is a very early edition.
