Beautiful, decorative, and very well-preserved breakfast and cutting board from German Arzberg, model 1382.
The board is made of white-glazed porcelain with an elegant red rim and an integrated hanging hole. Its simple functionalist shape makes the board suitable for breakfast rolls, open sandwiches, cheese, tapas, or smaller servings, but it also functions beautifully as kitchen decoration.
Arzberg is known for high quality and timeless design, and these boards are a fine example of German porcelain from the mid-20th century.
Dimensions: approx. 21 × 15 cm.
Weight approx. 480 g.
Marked on the back: Porzellanfabrik Arzberg, Arzberg (Bavaria), model 1382.
The original German instructions are also found on the back:
“The plates must not be stacked or pushed against each other, as the rough undersides can otherwise damage the glaze.”
The condition is very good with only very limited signs of age and use. No obvious scratches are visible upon normal inspection. One board has slightly faded writing.
The price is per piece.
