Vintage necklace attributed to Charles Jourdan, likely from the 1980s, made of gold-plated brass with a flat chain and a characteristic pendant.
The pendant depicts two stylized hands holding a sphere of clear material – presumably glass or crystal – a motif seen in several Charles Jourdan pieces from the same period.
The necklace is unsigned, but the design, proportions, craftsmanship, and weight are consistent with known Charles Jourdan models, forming the basis for the attribution. The extender chain is made of metal and it is unknown if it is the original extender chain.
A striking and sculptural statement piece with clear 1980s aesthetics.
Length: approx. 35 cm short necklace (choker) and approx. 43 cm with the extender chain.
Weight: approx. 27 g
Condition: Presents in beautiful vintage condition with normal signs of wear and light patination on the plating.
