Hand of Fatima – “Blessing for the Home” in lacquered wood and for hanging

The Hand of Fatima (also known as the Hand of Miriam) is made of lacquered wood with inlays of semi-precious stones in various colors (presumably carnelian, lapis lazuli, green aventurine, and quartz). In the center is an embedded blessing text, traditionally symbolizing protection, good fortune, and harmony in the home.

In the center is a metal plate with the text "Blessing for the Home" and the ending "Shalom" – a classic Jewish and Middle Eastern blessing for the home.
