Husqvarna anniversary box in cast iron 1689–1973

Original Husqvarna anniversary box in solid cast iron, issued in 1973 in connection with Husqvarna's 300th anniversary (founded in 1689). The lid is decorated with two reliefs, depicting a historical scene and a factory/industrial motif respectively – a beautiful tribute to Swedish industrial history.

The box appears heavy and substantial with a beautiful dark patina. Inside, there is a raw cast iron surface and green felt under the base, indicating that it was produced as a corporate gift or desk box.

A distinctive collector's item for Husqvarna enthusiasts, hunting enthusiasts, or collectors of Nordic industrial history and vintage cast iron.
