Black-fired ceramic jug from Mohács in Hungary. Classic traditional craftsmanship with reduction firing, which gives the deep, dark surface. Decorated with incised wave pattern and twisted bands. Stamped “Mohács SB” under the base.
NOTE: Nice vintage condition, however, small chip at the pouring spout, look at the pictures.
The time period of production is probably midcentury.
