Solingen stainless butter knives no. 56 – set of 5

Set of 5 classic butter knives from Solingen, Germany, stamped "Solingen Rustfri No. 56". Made of stainless steel with beautiful brown handles in natural colour variation.

The knives date from the mid-20th century, approx. 1955–1965, and represent solid German craftsmanship tradition. Solingen is internationally known for quality knives, and model no. 56 is the factory's internal model designation for this shape and handle type.

The handles are probably bakelite with warm shades ranging from light honey to darker brown. The blades are slightly curved and suitable as classic dinner knives for everyday use or as an addition to a retro cutlery set.

In good vintage condition with normal signs of use and surface scratches on the blades in accordance with age and use. No loose handles.
