Beautiful and rare vintage brooch from the 30s/40s, made in Germany and embossed “GES. GESCH.” (design protected by law) and model number 126. The rose is made of genuine celluloid, an early art material characterized by the fine, layered and slightly translucent petals. The warm pink color and natural marbling are typical of the period.
The brooch is mounted on a gold-plated metal base with detailed leaves and an early rollover clasp, confirming the dating to around 1935–1945. An elegant and rare piece of German jewelry history – perfect for collectors and for those who want a unique vintage accessory.
